SERVICE QUOTE – DRIP SAUNAS (SAUNA HEATER & EQUIPMENT)
At DRIP SAUNAS, we recommend the following service schedule for our sauna heaters and equipment:
Residential Sauna Heaters: Annually
Commercial Sauna Heaters: Every 6 months
 
Base Service Rate: $440
 
Base Service Includes:
Sanding and oiling of timbers inside the sauna to maintain their quality and appearance.
Cleaning of glass and sauna surfaces for a fresh and inviting space.
Rotation of sauna stones to ensure even wear and optimal heat retention.
Inspection of sauna elements for any signs of damage or wear.
 
How it Works:
One of our qualified technicians will visit your location to perform the above services on your sauna heater and related equipment. The base service rate includes:
Pre-paid call-out fee: Covers travel time within 25 km of our Melbourne office.
On-site time: Up to 90 minutes within business hours (Mon-Fri).
Any additional parts, labor, or travel time will be charged at $100 per hour (billed in 15-minute increments) and invoiced separately. Payment is due within 5 business days of service.
 
Upgrades or Additional Services:
Should you require a major equipment upgrade or additional services, we will provide a quote for your approval before proceeding.
 
Lead Time:
Our typical lead time for service is 4-8 weeks, though we will make every effort to expedite service if necessary.

For Commercial Facilities:
If you're operating a commercial facility, we recommend entering into a service agreement with us. This will provide you with discounts and additional benefits tailored to your needs.
